Scope:
Construction of an approximately 4,500 square foot three-story caretaker housing building and a 32,400 square foot two-story temple building, both fully sprinklered. In conjunction with these building areas, the overall scope of work also includes a new parking area and its corresponding driveways, landscaping ahd hardscape, and all demolition necessary to accommodate all new structures.
Challenge:
The modeling proved to be particularly challenging due to the intricate architectural details. Furthermore, specific program requirements and the inclusion of a stage and bedrooms added an complex dynamic to the project.
