Scope:
Complete development of all required documentation during the DD and CD phases for a tenant improvement of an existing 2-story cold shell building, including mezzanine and site enhancements for future laboratory use.
Challenge:
The primary challenge was to develop the building to be as efficient and tenant-friendly as possible while keeping material and equipment costs under control. This included careful coordination of the required installations to accommodate future laboratory use.
