Scope:
Complete development of DD documentation for a 14-story building with subterranean parking and support rooms. The building is a multipurpose facility that includes a temple, classrooms, dormitories, and recreational spaces such as a sports center and dining area.
Challenge:
The most challenging aspect was integrating various uses within a 237-foot-high building plus basement, particularly due to the complex and highly ornamental architecture that needed to be carefully and accurately modeled.
