Scope:
Development of documentation and BIM modeling from the project’s initial phase. This involved reconciling information from as-built drawings with data and photos to determine the most effective modeling strategy.
Challenge:
The biggest challenge was the construction complexity, particularly because the facade was expected to undergo the most changes. As a result, we modeled it exactly as it existed, along with the roof and floor assemblies.
