Scope:
Complete development of all required documentation during the DD and CD phases for a privately funded five-story podium building, featuring 63 units of multifamily housing, parking, amenity spaces, and a restaurant on the first floor. The copyright and intellectual property are held by Studio KDA, and the project was developed in collaboration with their team.
Challenge:
The project was on an irregular site, which gave the building multiple angles. Figuring out a layout that worked with this and documenting it properly for construction was definitely a challenge.
