Scope:
Interior fit out of the core & shell building currently under construction at Harbor Bay Parkway. Core & Shell portion of the project includes all exterior skin and site work, all vertical circulation as well select back of houserooms. This scope includes four floors of interior commercial office space, including a private food service and dining facility on the first floor.
Challenge:
Given that C&S and TI projects where developed independently but simultaneously, being clear on the separation of scopes was crucial for a proper documentation for bidding purposes. Facade coordination with prefabricated GFRC panels.
