Scope:
Three story, 50 foot-high, core and shell Life-Sciences building, with two levels of subterranean parking.
Challenge:
Given the laboratories workflow, first floor outdoor space is vital for the operation of the building. Additionally, this area has restricted access, and the project had to propose solutions to this issue without compromising its integrity. Also, as a Core & Shell project, the facade plays a leading role in the development of the project.
