About the Role
The mission of the Head of Operations is to oversee the whole operation and optimize the functioning of the company to ensure the vision and goals of the company are achieved. The Head Of Operations is accountable for strategic planning of the operation and managing the day-to-day activities to guarantee the business is running as efficiently as possible, while performance is constantly improving, and the organization’s resources are utilized effectively. The ideal candidate is a high-performer that strategically helps us meet our fast-growing operational targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. It will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement operational policies, processes, and systems that align with the organization's objectives. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost savings and ensuring that the company is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Business Strategy
- Design the operational strategy for growth leveraging Sales, People and Production efforts.
- Play an active role in expansion efforts, including the development of new offices and revenue streams.
- Clearly, communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadership and board.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other leadership team members in people, technology, marketing, sales and logistics.
- Stays closely involved with high-stake projects related to company objectives and key results and contributes to projects that require additional support and expertise.
Operations Performance
- Identify, build and improve operational efficiencies including (Develop operations handbook, Identify opportunities for enhancement of existent internal processes, ensure processes scalability).
- Ensure we have the right Operations & Business Data available and flowing (Data team coordination).
- Process improvement and Project Management: Design and implement new processes and procedures across the organization’s functions as the company grows and scales.
- Operational Capacity and Forecast Management: track results and project deliveries quality. Develop a tracking system to ensure deliveries are being met on time, budget and with the client's being happy.
- Help manage and uphold current client relationships.
- Build and maintain a project management system.
- Grow and lead a group of Account and Project Managers to successfully achieve our operations running smoothly.
- Lead the integration of best practices to ensure continuous quality.
Financial Performance
- Revenue accountability. Evaluate and Analyze financial performance and improve.
- Establish effective and well-organized investment processes to achieve the company’s growth goals.
- Explore Financial Investment opportunities in coordination with the Financial team and Financial advisors and make recommendations based on thorough research and analysis of our operations.
- Work closely with Finance to forecast and develop budgets for major initiatives, as needed.
Education and Experience (Competencies + Skills):
- ONLY advanced/native English speakers and writers will be considered.
- 10+ years of operations & strategy experience in B2B companies in senior leadership and management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or related field
- Experience in scaling, high-growth companies, where you bring innovative ideas and a growth mindset.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in project budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong leadership skills; proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to unlock high performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to remove bottlenecks.

About the Role
A Project Architect is part of one production team(s) within the Architectural production service. The mission of a Project Architect is to successfully develop architectural construction document set by the use of Revit tools in an effective and optimized manner.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who is (outcomes):
- Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
- A proactive and innovative person, able to drive projects and problem-solve
- Be the main point of contact for both the client and the team members.
- Lead, schedule and set the pace for call with clients.
- Lead the project production according to established Milestones content.
- Anticipate and provide solutions before problems come-up.
- Receive and understand markups.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants drawings.
- Organize and track pending tasks to be developed.
- Guide people on the team to find their best-self.
- Curious and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
- Adept in adopting new technologies
Education and Experience (Competencies + Skills):
- Intermediate Revit/BIM knowledge is a must.
- ONLY advanced/native English speakers will be considered.
- ONLY people with more than 3 years of relevant and proven experience in Construction Documents.
- Previous work experience developing projects for the US is a must.
- In-depth working knowledge in construction with emphasis on design and production work in a team environment and project setup required.
